"Ultra-recent" Lexical Acquisitions for the Romanian Language Vocabulary

Abstract

When a word or a new meaning is used, in addition to utility, originality in expression,

the exact knowledge of its form and content must also be taken into account. However,

their adoption in the common language requires caution, discernment. In the present

material we bring to your attention another series of ultra-recent lexical acquisitions, both

borrowed and created on our own territory, identified following a careful analysis of the

mass media language, inventoried, specified from a semantic point of view and presented in

lexicographic articles. We remark that, for now, this is a fixation, a primary semantization

of them.
