Abstract
The language is constantly evolving. In contemporary society, linguistic contents are significantly marked by communication, information, current needs, transformations, so that social innovations generate lexical innovations. Or, terminological innovations come to fill some notional gaps caused by current societal changes.
Continuing the research dedicated to lexical innovations, the present study aims to complete the number of ultra-recent vocabulary items of English origin, not included in dictionaries for the present. Extracted mainly from mass media sources, they reflect the current state of the dynamics of the Romanian language. As in the first part, the inventoried lexical acquisitions are presented according to lexicographic rigors (semanticized, properly defined, spelled and pronounced correctly, included in lexical-grammatical classes, provided with illustrative material, with functional-stylistic mentions, with some appropriate equivalents, etc.).
